We believe that every home is different and unique as their owners, hence we pride ourselves on being a custom builder designed around your needs and lifestyle. While we may like a traditional kitchen, you may like a modern contemporary design. Every home is individual as you are. FREE

Consultation

Our initial consultation is our first meeting. We will assess your designs,  sketches, land, plans, go over building materials, type of fixtures and fittings you want in your home.
This is a great way for us to understand you and your home requirements and whether the budget you have in mind can be achieved based on our discussions. After this meeting we will fully understand whether or not we can help you and if so, invite you to our Showroom Selection Centre so that you can make all your home selections for estimating.

SELECTION

Our showroom is a great way for us to understand exactly how you want your home fitted out and what finish you want to achieve. Your selections cover everything from floor coverings, kitchen, cabinets, tap fittings, basins, appliances, WIR's, BIR's  etc. Selections are considered to your budget and next, we are ready to proceed to estimating stage.

Now that we know exactly what you want in your home, we will use the data to put together your free estimating budget including your homes full image/text specification so you know exactly what you can expect from us.  This estimate will give you is a general feel to help you organise your financial position for funding of your home. Remember that no two estimates can ever be the same as prices of materials and labour increase all the time. Our time spent on estimating your home is free of charge whether you proceed with us or not. You are not obliged to go ahead with our quotation.

When you have agreed to our official quote and have a bank pre-approval, we will meet again to discuss the signing of the building contract and all required documentation.

On this day you will receive a signed copy of your domestic building contract documents, specifications and confirmation of construction start and completion dates.

Prior to starting construction on your new home we will contact you for a deposit payment to initiate construction work

Site Preparation

Depending on the nature of the land, there will be soil testing, site levelling and clearing undertaken prior to actual construction.

​

Base stage

As the name suggests, this is simply the foundation of the property. It includes measuring out the design on the site, under slab drainage and electrical, moisture barrier and special mesh for termite protection and pouring the footings,

Frame stage

This includes the installation of your internal and external frame support structure including window installation.

​

Lockup stage

It’s at this point where we can start “locking up” the property because your roof plumbing, roof cladding and walls will be installed. It’s also safe for plumbers, electricians and HVAC to begin rough in work. Walls, floor & ceiling Insulation are installed last.

Fixing stage

This includes the installation of plaster, doors, architraves, skirting boards, staircase, waterproofing, kitchen cabinets, wall/floor tiles, shower screens and mirrors.
 

Completion stage

This is basically where all painting and detailing have been completed and you’re effectively ready to move in.
